JQ-E81T5C
JQ-E81T5C is a CO2 gas shielded flux-cored welding wire with basic coating, which adopts DCEN connection method. It has excellent welding performance with smooth arc, low spatter level, effortless slag removal ability and optimal bead appearance. It is permitted for all-position welding. The welding efficiency is high. It has excellent low-temperature toughness and good crack resistance.
The product is applicable for welding pipeline steel of API X65, X70 or structural steel with tensile strength of 550MPa and can realize semi-automatic and full-automatic welding of pipelines in all positions. It is mainly used in the fields such as long-distance pipelines and marine engineering.
